The secret to domaination in pay per click advertising is FOLLOW UP !!

FOLLOW UP is what make your ad dollars pay you after you are getting  a 2% plus click through rate (CTR) and a capture rate from capture page of 15 -20%

The place these PPC prospects land,your store (sales page) should be the environment they opted into. Your store should be WARM,UNIQUE,PERSONAL,and PROFESSIONAL.

You have 1-7 days to WIN them!!

Concentrate your efforts in this first 7 day period! If you have been building big list and the list is not responsive, you have lost many of these people you PAID for with PPC advertising. You did not win those people in that first 7 days so you may have a big list of names that never open your emails or just delete them.

It’s OK! Now you can FIX it!

You are going to send 2 – 3 broadcast emails in the first week. Yes, this is in addition to your regular loaded emails. These emails should have a balance of personal branding and business content. The subject line is"CRITICAL " to the open rate! One easy FREE way to learn how to write killer subject lines is opt in to top PPC marketers in MLM and create a swipe file of some of the top subject lines for you to tweak and use for your emails.

Format of email should be quick couple sentences INTRO, then action link,business info, action link,and finally personal branding that you always tie into your business. Example of this type of branding would be telling about attending your child’s school performance in the morning on a weekday because of being full time in the home based business. It is an emotional pull on your prospect and branding you as an active parent with your child’s life while still talking about your business opportunity in a very casual way.

It is important to use different modalities to cover all the needs of your prospects. People take in information differently and if you only use text for them to read, you may be losing a large amount of your prospects. You want to use Video,Pictures,Ezine articles,Webinars mixed together or used in one email then use different info delivery in the next email.

The question was asked if the length of the email matters. Mark said that depends on you and your brand. You can do very long emails and it works or very short emails and it works. Jonathan Budd does extremely long emails and it works for him because he is in the personal development niche where Mark uses short to the point emails and makes about 50K a month so it is obviously working for him.

You can send one broadcast  email that is the warm and fuzzy….it could be a video of something that just helps touch people’s hearts. This is a powerful secret that all advertisers use. They connect their PRODUCT with the love and admiration we feel for a celebrity or personality. It could be a short inspirational story like the one Dr Wayne Dyer told on one of those TV seminars where each time I saw him tell it, I had tears running down my cheeks it was so beautiful. Think how your prospect would feel about YOU while they read this quick powerful emotional story that is on YOUR email. This stuff works!!

This session went almost 2 hours so I can’t put everything down here. I did give you the main highlights and concepts so you can take action and improve your results TODAY in your PPC campaigns and your list building efforts.
