Twitter marketing the right way can build your list, build relationships, and make tons of money with lightning speed!

I am now in full on domination mode building my Twitter following and I have noticed how many people are doing Twitter wrong. It must be people’s impatience that turns them into spam machines.

Do Twitter wrong and you are wasting your time!

Twitter is experiencing explosive growth at this time and industry experts predict 50,000,000 users by the end of December this year.Marketers are using Twitter to meet targeted people for our products, services, or networking businesses. Because of all the automated tools, the speed at which you can connect with people is overwhelming actually. Automation is fine as long as you stay within the terms of agreement of Twitter. The people who abuse the tools like the Twitter friend adder will have their Twitter profile removed completely and have to start over.

These people are wasting their time! The smart marketers use Twitter to connect with a large amount of targeted people and out of those people they BUILD RELATIONSHIPS. Not with everyone, just the people they can connect with in some way just as it happens in meeting people in the real world at any kind of social gathering. You are at a friend’s house at a party and you mingle with different people and you meet a few people that you really click with because of some common interest and you may offer to have lunch or invite them to your house to meet your family. This is real and the natural way we meet people and build relationships/friendships.

The impatient people are slamming you with nothing of value post and smacking you in the face with a sales pitch with your first encounter. There is automated software that allows you to have a message sent to a new friend as soon as you connect as friends. The right way to do this message is NO SELLING of any kind and a nice hello and short introduction and/or some positive statement that you look forward to getting to know them on Twitter.

Think about this, Would you meet someone at a social gathering and after you say your name and they say theirs you say" Hey I have a make money and get rich program, you want to buy it?"

Tell the truth! You would think they are a jack-ass and try to get away from them as soon as possible! I know when I get these sales pitch messages on first contact and look at their Twitter profile I know I will see nothing but sales pitch post I know they are marketing rookies! Quality contacts that you want to build relationships with will avoid you like the plague. You have to put in consistent time daily to build quality relationships. My schedule is about 3 times a day I use Twhirl ( FREE software that helps manage your Twitter profiles) and I check all my @ mentions and respond, then my direct messages and respond, and do some re-Tweets (RT) from my main RSS Twitter to my other Twitter accounts.

This Step Is Important To Relationship Building

When someone has responded directly to a specific message I sent them or an @ message where they take the time to answer back, I invite them to my Facebook to connect there. I did not mention that before I try to connect with them with Twitter communication I have already taken a quick look at their Twitter profile and a blog if they have one. I ONLY INVITE QUALITY PEOPLE to be my friend on Facebook! I use Twitter to make massive amounts of connections quickly, but then weed out many and take my quality connections to the more robust intimate communication of Facebbok. IT WORKS!!

Summary

Automation tools are fine! Just be patient and use the real power of them in the correct way. I use Hummingbird Twitter friend adder to invite followers and to follow. I use TweetLater (now SocialOOmph FREE) to help manage DMs and Tweets. I use Twhirl(FREE) for my 2 way communication with fellow Tweeters. I use Bit.ly(FREE) to manage which of my tweets are getting clicked on. Very important FREE tool, Tweetake to back up all of my followers. I am using Coup De Twitter methods and techniques to strategically dominate Twitter.

**IMPORTANT** 

Use all automation tools in accordance with Twitter terms of agreement and you most likely will not have your profile banished. The marketers using these methods are the ones you are hearing the stories of building massive profits and list. Model Success! A good friend of mine use to say" Success leaves clues"
